You must: • Be at least 18 years old • Have legal capacity to contract • Provide accurate information

Gbu is a community-based technology platform serving parents in the DMV region. Gbu facilitates: • Discussions • Event coordination • Directory listings • Peer-to-peer marketplace transactions • Independent sitter connections Gbu does not participate in, control, or guarantee user interactions.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Gbu a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for what you post.

Transactions in the Market section are strictly between users. Gbu: • Is not the seller or buyer • Does not guarantee payment or delivery • Does not inspect items All risk is assumed by the transacting parties.

Sponsored listings are paid placements. Gbu does not endorse or guarantee advertised businesses.

By using Gbu, you acknowledge: • Offline interactions carry inherent risks • Marketplace transactions may involve financial risk • Childcare arrangements require independent evaluation You agree to use reasonable judgment and caution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gbu is not liable for: • Injuries arising from meetups or Play Dates • Damages from marketplace transactions • Childcare incidents • User misconduct • Emotional distress Total liability is limited to the greater of: • $100, or • The amount paid to Gbu in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold Gbu harmless from claims arising from: • Your content • Your transactions • Your in-person interactions • Your violation of these Terms

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the DMV region. Users waive class action rights where permitted by law.

Gbu may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for: • Policy violations • Safety concerns • Fraud • Legal risk
