1. Platform Role

Gbu is a technology platform that enables: • User-generated content • Community discussion • Peer-to-peer marketplace transactions • Event coordination • Independent sitter connections Gbu is not: • A childcare provider • A retailer • A broker • An employer • A party to user transactions

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for: • Verifying identities before meeting • Evaluating listings before purchasing • Screening Sitters independently • Exercising caution in offline interactions

3. Reporting & Moderation

Users may report: • Fraud • Harassment • Safety risks • Policy violations Gbu may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension.

4. Independent Sitters

Sitters listed on Gbu are independent individuals. They are: • Not employees of Gbu • Not supervised by Gbu • Solely responsible for services provided Families must conduct their own due diligence.

5. No Guarantees

Gbu does not guarantee: • Accuracy of user content • Safety of in-person interactions • Performance of services • Completion of marketplace transactions
